30-Day Refund Policy

We offer a full, no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of purchase on all ayeptv subscriptions.
If you are not completely satisfied, contact us and we will refund your payment in full. Our support team will also help you confirm the order details needed to process the request.
How to request a refund
Choose any of the following:
- Open a support ticket — sign in to your Members Area and submit a refund request.
- Email us at supportayeptv.com with your order number or the email address used at checkout.
- Contact page — visit our Contact page.
We process refunds within 3–5 business days. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Conditions
- Refund requests must be made within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
- Only the original purchaser may request a refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card, PayPal, etc.). We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method.
- Free trials and complimentary credits are not eligible for a cash refund as no payment was taken.
Exclusions
The guarantee does not apply if:
- Your account was suspended or terminated for a breach of our Terms of Service (e.g. sharing credentials beyond your plan limit, reselling without authorisation).
- The refund request is made after 30 days of purchase.
- You have previously received a refund for the same account within 12 months.
No automatic renewals
ayeptv subscriptions are one-time payments — we do not automatically renew or charge your card. You choose to purchase again when you are ready. There is nothing to cancel.
