By purchasing a subscription or using ayeptv (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; material changes will be communicated by email.

ayeptv provides access to a curated IPTV streaming service that includes live channels, video-on-demand, and catch-up content aggregated from third-party broadcasters and content providers. We are a technology access platform and do not produce or host the underlying content.

Content availability may change over time due to licensing agreements beyond our control. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel or title.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase a subscription. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

• Subscriptions are sold for a fixed term (e.g. 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months) and are billed once as a single payment at checkout.
• There is no automatic renewal. When your term ends, your access expires and you will not be billed again unless you actively purchase a new subscription.
• All prices are displayed in your selected currency inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect active subscriptions already purchased.
• The charge on your payment statement will appear as AYEPTV or AYEPTV.COM.

You agree not to:

• Share your credentials or stream simultaneously on more connections than permitted by your plan.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service without authorisation.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent technical protection measures, reverse-engineer our systems, or interfere with the platform.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without a refund.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Refunds after termination due to a breach are not available.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the current subscription term. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
